OUR POLICIES:
- Email: Your EMAIL ADDRESS is REQUIRED at Registration. All correspondence (newsletters, weekly class activities, invoices etc.) will be sent via email. It is your responsibility to provide up with updated email address information. In the case of tuition payment notices, it is your responsibility to check your email regularly for tuition notifications.
- Tuition: Tuition is billed monthly on the first calendar day of the month. Tuition is due before the 2nd class day of the month. If tuition has not been received after the 2nd class day of the month, a $5/child Late Fee will be charged to your account. If payment has not been received by the 3rd class day of the month, your child will be withheld from JumpBunch until tuition has been received.
- NSF Checks: There is a $25 fee for NSF or bounced checks. An NSF will be treated as a late payment (see above) until payment has been made in full
- Missed Classes: Credits are not given for missed classes, holidays, or school closings. There may be a month or two that your child only receives 3 classes in that month. There will also be one or two months in which your child receives 5 classes in that month. We assume these months cancel each other out. Requests for class credits will be reviewed on a case by case basis and JumpBunch reserves the right to accept or deny any request for class credit.
- Registration: To register, fill out form inside Parent brochure at your school and return to your school office or register online at www.jumpbunchlocations.com/charleston
- Spirit Fee: A $10/child Spirit Fee will be charged to your account each September, or at time of enrollment for new enrollees. Items included in your Spirit Fee are:
- A JumpBunch T-shirt (Fall)
- A JumpBunch Thermal Lunch tote (Fall)
- A Parent Watch Class Day (Winter)
- Class Picture Day (Spring)
- Awards Ceremony and Medal (Spring)
7. Payment Options:
- If your school bills you for JumpBunch classes, please re-route all payment questions to your school office
- Cash, Check, Money Order: Please make payable to JumpBunch and include your child’s name on all payments. Payments should be left with your school office and will be picked up on the next JumpBunch class day
- Automatic Credit/Debit Card Payments: Register online or call (843) 557-2695 to enroll; Card will be charged on the 1st of every month. 30 days’ written notice required for cancellation
- Automatic Bank Payments: Mailing Address: JumpBunch 5078 Timicuan Way Summerville, SC 29485, List your child’s name as your Account #
8. Withdrawal: You may withdraw your child at any time WITH WRITTEN NOTICE. If we do not receive written notification of your withdrawal, your child will be automatically re-enrolled each month and tuition will be charged
